Synerise develops a cloud-based platform that ingests massive behavioral datasets, applies proprietary artificial intelligence models, and automates personalized marketing, pricing, and customer-experience workflows. Headquartered in Kraków, the company already serves clients in more than 150 markets and employs over 200 people. As of July 2024 it reported a valuation above USD 120 million. Management plans to launch a next-generation behavioral analytics engine and to expand its dedicated Big Data infrastructure. Between 2025 and 2028 Synerise expects to invest nearly EUR 60 million in AI and data-processing capabilities, partly to strengthen sales operations across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. The company sees maintaining technological independence—by relying on in-house Polish engineering talent—as a strategic priority. Recent venture-debt financing from the European Investment Bank underpins these growth and R&D initiatives.
