Overview
TakeMe2Space is a Hyderabad-headquartered space-tech startup that is turning satellites into shared, programmable compute infrastructure for researchers and enterprises. Its flagship product, OrbitLab, allows users to upload and execute AI models on-orbit, paying only for the processing time they consume. The company launched its first major satellite, MOI-1, in 2026 and is now working toward a constellation of six networked spacecraft that will deliver roughly 5 kW of in-orbit compute capacity and inter-satellite communications. Proceeds from the current financing will fund R&D for next-generation computer satellites, expand partnerships with ground-station and AIT providers, and scale its presence across India, the United States, and Australia. Management also plans to grow the team from 17 to about 60 employees across engineering and global sales. By transforming satellites into orbital data centers, TakeMe2Space aims to offer customers near real-time edge computing in space, dramatically lowering the barrier to orbital experimentation and deployment. No revenue or user figures were disclosed in the article.
