Bioscan Research develops non-invasive medical devices aimed at early detection of brain injuries, with its flagship product CEREBO that uses near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) and machine learning to detect intracranial injuries. The company says CEREBO can identify traumatic brain injuries before visible symptoms appear, helping clinicians detect injury during the critical treatment window. Bioscan recorded 5x revenue (or growth) over the past 12 months and aims to grow threefold over the next year. The startup plans to expand its presence in India and overseas markets and pursue additional regulatory approvals. The $1 million seed raise will fund market expansion, product upgrades and creation of new intellectual property. Bioscan was founded in 2017 by Anupam Lavania and Shilpa Malik and is based in Mumbai.

IKIN Global develops smart locks and logistics-security hardware and software that deliver real-time tamper detection, geo-fencing and audit trails to mitigate cargo theft and improve visibility. The company reports deployments grew from 2,500 to 10,000 trucks in the past year and more than 5 million successful lock and unlock cycles. IKIN counts customers such as Amazon, Swiggy, Flipkart, Zepto, Blue Dart, Licious, Sequel Logistics, Nesto and Syngenta, and has completed pilot projects in the US, the UAE and the UK. The company raised $2 million in a pre-Series A2 round and said proceeds will fund international expansion (US, Europe, West Asia), product development, scaling manufacturing in India and strengthening field operations. IKIN plans to pursue market-specific certifications and expand into additional sectors including cold chain, oil and gas, defence logistics, ocean freight and cash management. CEO and co-founder Nibu Alias is quoted on the company’s mission to reduce pilferage and cargo losses.

The startup plans to use the new funding to expand into international markets, accelerate product development, and add new identity and AI security features to its platform.

Nava has raised $22 million in a Series A led by Greenoaks, after a $9.6 million seed round led by RTP Global, positioning it to scale amid large global capital flows into AI infrastructure.

SatLeo Labs develops multi-spectral satellite systems combining thermal (IR) and visible imaging and an AI-powered platform to deliver continuous, high-resolution Earth observation insights. The company has designed and delivered an experimental thermal payload, TAPAS-1, achieving TRL-8 readiness for satellite integration. SatLeo has translated its technology into commercial pilots—such as urban heat island and air-pollution monitoring with Ahmedabad and Tumakuru—that have impacted more than 400,000 citizens.
