Talentir provides an end-to-end outbound payout system covering data collection, reconciliation, compliance, tax management, recipient onboarding, and payment issuance. The startup uses a stablecoin settlement backend to enable near-instant, lower-cost cross-border payouts and combines that with AI that operates within clients’ IT environments. Talentir also acts as a Merchant of Record, taking on legal and compliance responsibilities so clients can retain control of their brand and payee relationships.
