Talentir provides an end-to-end outbound payout system covering data collection, reconciliation, compliance, tax management, recipient onboarding, and payment issuance. The startup uses a stablecoin settlement backend to enable near-instant, lower-cost cross-border payouts and combines that with AI that operates within clients’ IT environments. Talentir also acts as a Merchant of Record, taking on legal and compliance responsibilities so clients can retain control of their brand and payee relationships. The company currently has six employees and processes daily payouts in the millions, and it plans to double headcount by the end of 2026. Short-term targets include reaching €100 million in annual payout volume, with a longer-term goal of €1 billion, and the new funding is earmarked for product and international expansion.

Its modular software lets financial institutions deploy a quick-to-deploy solution and expand functionality as their business models evolve, ensuring simplicity and flexibility across the entire process. Trever serves financial institutions in the DACH region, with customers including VBank, Bankhaus Scheich, and Futurum Bank, who have relied on its technology for many years. The company has set its sights on expanding to banks across Europe. Financially, Trever secured a €2.4M seed investment to support growth and market expansion. Management said the funding and investor support will speed entry into new European markets.
