Tapstream provides an analytics platform that helps app developers see which websites, emails, tweets or web ad units drive the most visitors and real app users. Led by CEO Slaven Radic, the product enables developers to grow web campaigns and calculate customer lifetime value for each web channel. The company launched in May 2012 and is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Tapstream offers free basic web analytics and clients can use the service on iOS, Android and Mac platforms. According to the company blog, Tapstream raised $700K in seed funding in a round led by BDC and a number of angel investors. The seed capital is positioned to support the company's analytics platform and growth of its app-publisher tools.
