TeamBridge was founded by former Uber corporate employees Arjun Vora and Tito Goldstein and builds a platform to automate HR tasks for hourly staff while offering a configurable employee mobile app. The back end supplies templates and workflows for onboarding, time-off tracking and other processes, while the app lets workers view and claim shifts, sign legal documents, and text with managers. Customers subscribe to the core platform and can pay additional fees for particular self-service and workflow-driven capabilities; the founders describe the product as composable "LEGO blocks" for HR workflows. TeamBridge has about 100,000 hourly workers on the platform and corporate customers including Convo and Dairy Queen. Revenue grew 3x in the year after launch and more than doubled again in the first half of 2024. The company is San Francisco–based and had a 42-person team that it plans to expand as it scales.
