By automating expert identification and outreach, the company aims to shorten research cycles and improve the quality of strategic insights. Formerly headquartered in Cambridge, Techspert now runs on a fully remote model. The firm is experiencing double-digit year-on-year revenue growth, according to its new investor. Looking ahead, management plans to expand its headcount by about 20 people in 2026 across sales, marketing and customer success. The fresh capital will also fund development of a broader suite of AI research and market-intelligence tools, positioning Techspert as an end-to-end healthcare research provider.
