TechTaka operates ARGO, a software-driven 3PL and fulfillment service that provides real-time item tracking and recommends optimal work flows and packing methods. ARGO helps warehouse owners implement fast delivery within 1–2 weeks without complex procedures and gives e‑commerce sellers an end-to-end system that guarantees on-time shipping. The platform joined Naver Fulfillment Alliance (NFA) in 2022 and launched a Naver arrival-guarantee program in July 2023, achieving a 99.9%+ same-day dispatch rate to date. Through logistics partners TechTaka has secured about 357,000 m² of usable space and recently built a 17,000 m² center in Dongtan. Founder Yang Su‑young started the company in May 2020 after roles at Amazon and Coupang. The company plans to adopt robotics and expand U.S. Amazon FBA inbound services and local hub capacity to offer end-to-end support for sellers targeting overseas markets.
