Televizijos ir Ryšio Sistemos (TVC) secured an investment from Practica Venture Capital, managed by Practica Capital. The fund agreed to invest EUR 1.8 million by acquiring newly issued shares and becoming a minority shareholder. The attracted funds will be used to finance TVC’s expansion in export markets. Practica Capital submitted an application to the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania in March 2014 and received authorization to close the transaction.
