The platform is designed to crack the 80 % of human proteins long deemed “undruggable,” opening new therapeutic avenues in oncology, infectious disease, and other areas. With financial backing, the company is prioritizing programs such as affordable treatments for human papillomavirus (HPV) in partnership with the Gates Foundation. Ten63 positions its technology as moving AI drug discovery from decision-support toward true hypothesis generation and “superintelligence.” Located in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park, the company benefits from local computational biology and biopharma infrastructure. To date, Ten63 has raised more than $45 million, including a newly announced strategic investment. The fresh capital will fund further scaling of the BEYOND platform and advancement of internal drug programs.
