The Wise Seeker, founded in 2018 by professionals with backgrounds in telecommunications, digital technologies and entrepreneurship, develops an AI-driven platform to digitalize talent discovery and validation. Its platform constructs an ideal candidate profile using personality, aptitudes, competencies and knowledge inputs. It leverages collective-intelligence algorithms and gamification to auto-generate evaluation tests that improve as more users are evaluated. The platform includes a Key Talent Indicator (KTI®) to rank candidates for roles and internal promotion processes. The product is sold as a SaaS and adapts to client profiles. CDTI Innovación and Moira Capital Partners' backing is expected to support further development and consolidation of the business.
