Third Financial provides investment firms with software, custodial and outsourcing services, combining its Tercero integrated CRM and portfolio management system with a client-focused outsourcing and custodial operation. The platform is used by many of the UK’s leading wealth managers, IFA networks, family offices and disruptive fintech firms. Its technology enables clients to launch a white‑label direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) investment platform or to embed services within their own client‑facing apps via a comprehensive set of APIs. The company is led by Group CEO Ian Partington. Financially, Third Financial has received multiple rounds of investment to support expansion and infrastructure, most recently a £7m majority investment. Of that £7m, £1.5m will be injected onto the balance sheet. The firm says the next phase of growth will focus on accelerating platform growth while meeting evolving market demands.
