TieTalent, founded in 2018, operates a technology jobs marketplace that centers candidates and reverses the traditional recruitment model to help companies find rare tech talent. Its product suite includes Sourcer, a software-as-a-service offering that lets clients recruit without additional per-hire fees. The platform hosts more than 20,000 registered tech talents across 50 specializations and is used by over 800 companies, including L'Oréal, Dyson and Nintendo. Headquartered at Station R in Renens, TieTalent has expanded with offices in Stuttgart and Barcelona and aims to become the leading European platform for tech professionals. The company plans to use its latest funding to accelerate international expansion into additional European markets. TieTalent is a Geneva-based recruitment platform that matches companies with vetted tech candidates in the Swiss-French (Romandie) region. The platform combines AI, psychometric data analysis and human expert assessment to pre-select and recommend candidates to employers. Since relaunching from a generalist model founded in 2017, TieTalent now specializes in IT, sales and digital marketing roles such as full-stack developers, software engineers and data scientists. The company says its pool of pre-selected candidates speeds hiring and reduces costs by 30–50% versus conventional recruiting agencies; it has registered thousands of candidates and serves about 30 companies, including several large unnamed firms. TieTalent has grown its team from two to six employees in five months and has participated in support programs including MassChallenge and the Innosuisse coaching programme. The startup plans to expand beyond the Romandie region and will use recent funding for marketing, business development and platform/technology maintenance.
