- KEMARO AG
Led · Series B · Apr 2026
Founded in 2016, KEMARO designs and sells autonomous industrial floor-cleaning robots tailored for complex, high-debris environments. Its flagship model, the K900, has helped the company sell over 1,500 robots to more than 600 industrial clients worldwide, including Unilever, Nestlé, BMW, and Amazon. KEMARO emphasizes a "Privacy by Design" approach—its robots do not collect visual data or use 360° cameras—to address industrial-espionage concerns. The company is expanding its product lineup with the compact K700, which has attracted strong pre-order interest and is intended for tighter industrial spaces. KEMARO has established a U.S. subsidiary, opened an Atlanta office, and is relocating a co-founder to drive North American go-to-market efforts. Financially, KEMARO announced a $5 million initial pre-closing of its Series B and is targeting a $20 million total Series B to fund international scaling and continued product development.
- Ex Nunc Intelligence
Led · Seed · Jan 2026
Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, Ex Nunc Intelligence has built Silex, an AI legal-intelligence platform that interprets natural-language legal queries and returns documented answers grounded in authoritative legal sources. The company has created a proprietary legal intelligence stack that covers data ingestion, legal structuring, retrieval, reasoning, and generation, including its own AI models. Silex is already used by hundreds of law firms, notary offices, and corporate legal departments, demonstrating early market traction in the B2B legal sector. The product roadmap includes rolling out specialized AI agents tailored to individual legal domains and expanding the underlying legal knowledge infrastructure. Recent funding will accelerate these development efforts and support broader market rollout. Although still at the pre-revenue or undisclosed-revenue stage, the company’s adoption figures suggest growing demand for automated legal research solutions.

The company has been revamping its AI engine to improve topic identification and per-comment topic sentiment. Caplena serves more than 100 active customers in 15 countries and says it has been doubling its customer base yearly.
