Tiller builds a software point-of-sale for restaurants that runs on iPads and replaces older touchscreen cash registers. Its app lets restaurants customize menus and layouts, take orders from iPad or iPhone for waitstaff, and accept multiple payment methods via paired card readers and mobile payment apps. Tiller’s platform integrates with many third‑party services to manage inventory, staff, bookings and receive orders from delivery platforms such as UberEats and Lunchr. It also automates accounting reports and provides revenue and product‑category reporting. Most clients are in France and Spain, and Tiller has attracted 5,000 clients so far. With the $13.9M Series B, the company plans to attract more customers across Europe and has an option to raise an additional $9.3M to finance acquisitions.
