Timeless enables users to invest in fractional shares of exclusive assets — including artwork, rare sneakers, watches, luxury cars, fashion pieces, and memorabilia — from as little as €50 per share. The company acquires items, fractionalises them and deploys ownership through a blockchain protocol, allowing full traceability of collector-item history. Launched in February 2021 by CEO Jan Karnath, CTO Andreas Joebges and CFO Malte Häusler, Timeless is based in Berlin. The platform reports 75,000 users and has sold 62 assets to date, examples including a Porsche 911-993 Targa, Banksy artwork, Michael Schumacher helmets and a Jordan collection. The company says it will use newly raised funds to expand supply and bring a wider range of assets onto the platform.
