Weecover builds APIs and technology solutions that connect insurers and consumer distributors to enable embedded insurance and optimize insurance distribution channels. The platform offers insurance contracting, service and after‑sales operations to cover the entire distribution process. It has begun incorporating generative AI into operational processes to optimize customer service and reduce costs. Clients include retail and financial distributors such as PcComponentes, FNAC, Decathlon and seQura, and insurers including Mapfre, Línea Directa and Lagunaro. The company operates in Spain and in international markets including Portugal, France, Andorra and Mexico. Management says the business will use new funding to boost growth and accelerate international expansion. Weecover provides an API-first, plug-and-play embedded insurance solution that enables full digital underwriting and onboarding and lets merchants offer insurance at point of sale. The platform supports a range of products including mobility, retail, payment protection and health, and integrates with channel and insurance partners both online and offline. The company has formed partnerships with insurers such as Zurich, Catalana Occidente, Allianz, Mapfre, AXA, Segrup and Helvetia, and B2B channel deals with customers including FNAC, SEAT, PC Components, Bip & Drive, Opera, Ray Motors, Garanti Plus, Payin 7 and Payflow. Founded more than two years ago by Jordi Pagés and Rafael Gallardo and headquartered in Barcelona, Weecover emphasizes technology as its differentiator and plans ongoing technological renewal. The team has won the Insurtech and Most Scalable Startup awards at the 2021 South Summit. Management said the funding will be used to expand in European markets and to attract talent to strengthen the organisation.

Timeless enables users to invest in fractional shares of exclusive assets — including artwork, rare sneakers, watches, luxury cars, fashion pieces, and memorabilia — from as little as €50 per share. The company acquires items, fractionalises them and deploys ownership through a blockchain protocol, allowing full traceability of collector-item history. Launched in February 2021 by CEO Jan Karnath, CTO Andreas Joebges and CFO Malte Häusler, Timeless is based in Berlin. The platform reports 75,000 users and has sold 62 assets to date, examples including a Porsche 911-993 Targa, Banksy artwork, Michael Schumacher helmets and a Jordan collection. The company says it will use newly raised funds to expand supply and bring a wider range of assets onto the platform.
