TiNDLE

4 Battery Road #25-01, Bank of China Building, Singapore, Central Region, 049908

Overview

TiNDLE is a plant-based chicken product developed by Next Gen Foods using a blend of soy, wheat gluten, wheat starch, coconut oil, oat fiber, methylcellulose and the company’s trademarked Lipi™ sunflower-oil blend to mimic chicken fat. The product debuted less than 18 months ago and is already available in over 200 restaurants across six cities and via U.S. home delivery on Goldbelly. Next Gen emphasizes TiNDLE’s flexible format for chefs and culinary applications as a key differentiator. The company cites substantial sustainability benefits versus conventional chicken—74% less land, 88% fewer greenhouse gas emissions and 82% less water. Proceeds will be used to expand distribution across all 50 U.S. states, scale international R&D and complete a flagship research hub in Singapore slated to open later this year. The company is hiring protein scientists and food-tech experts to support its global growth. TiNDLE is a plant-based chicken product line launched by Next Gen in early 2021 and sold in more than 70 restaurants across Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau. Its first product, TiNDLE Thy, was developed with chefs to replicate chicken thigh flavor and versatility and is positioned as high-protein, high-fiber, low-carb, No-GMO and naturally zero cholesterol. The brand has secured validation through partnerships with noted chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants and operates an asset-light distribution model. TiNDLE plans international expansion, including a US market entry within 12 months, continued rollouts across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, and further expansion into Europe. The company will establish an R&D center in Singapore, diversify its product range, and hire more than 50 US staff in R&D, sales, supply chain, finance and marketing to support the launch.
