Tomorrow Farms builds ingredient-driven food products that aim to transform pantry and fridge staples into more sustainable, animal-friendly alternatives. The company is poised to launch its first product later this month built around another company’s ingredient formulation and is mapping a second product. Its stated role is to serve as a front-end commercialization partner for food-tech and deep-tech ingredient companies, handling creative, brand work and go-to-market efforts. The startup was incubated at the SALT Fund in early 2021 and was founded by CEO Ben Berman, who has prior food-business experience. The new funding is being used to support the product launch, grow the team, build retail relationships, and source additional ingredient partners. Total funding stands at $10.5 million following the latest round.
