Led by CEO Corey Tyree and based in Knoxville, TN, Trillium Renewable Chemicals has developed proprietary thermochemical technology to convert plant-based feedstocks such as glycerol into valuable intermediates including acrylonitrile and acetonitrile. These intermediates serve as inputs for ABS plastics, carbon fiber, acrylic fiber, nitrile butadiene rubber, acrylamide and specialty amines.
