Trybe operates an intensive software-development bootcamp that delivers six hours of instruction per day over one year, designed to prepare and connect students with partner companies. The school emphasizes high-quality, practice-focused training aimed at accelerating students' careers in development. Trybe says it will reinvest funding primarily to improve the quality of its programs and student outcomes. The company currently operates hubs in Belo Horizonte, São Paulo, Itajubá and Florianópolis and runs courses in a further 12 cities without hubs. Growth plans include opening nine additional cohorts this year to reach 600 students and a projection to reach 3,000 students by 2021. CEO Matheus Goyas highlighted the link between the school's success and student professional success as the driver of its investment priorities.
