Two Brothers Organic Farms (TBOF), founded by brothers Satyajit and Ajinkya Hange, produces and markets organic staples such as ghee, rice, jaggery, wheat flour, spices, grains, and pulses. Operating from Pune, the company sources directly from more than 5,000 farmers and serves over 600,000 consumers, positioning itself as a bridge between rural livelihoods and health-conscious buyers. Roughly 60% of revenue comes from its own website and app, with additional sales via e-commerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and international channels. TBOF ended FY25 with ₹108 crore in revenue and is aiming for ₹200 crore this fiscal year, up from ₹38.4 crore in FY24, reflecting 58% year-over-year growth. Internationally, the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East are its primary markets. The company plans to expand processing facilities, strengthen supply chains, and invest in technology to reach a five-year goal of ₹1,000 crore in annual revenue and partnerships with 50,000 farmers. Its product expansion and distribution push will target additional Tier-1 and Tier-2 Indian cities as well as new overseas markets.
