Founded in 2020 by Flavien Douetteau and Agathe Machavoine, French startup Ublo delivers a user-friendly, cloud-based ERP system that covers the full rental lifecycle, from tenant applications and payments to arrears management and communications. The software replaces legacy solutions like ICS Habitat and Aareon with real-time collaboration and automated functions such as rent receipts, move-in/move-out inspections, and payment follow-ups. Ublo already supports more than 250 organisations across six countries, including marquee clients such as the City of Paris, Hospices Civils de Lyon, and Grand Paris Aménagement. By streamlining administrative tasks, the platform helps housing providers cut manual hours and focus on resident services. With a newly raised €1.8 million, the company plans to expand its product, tech, and sales teams, deepen automation and analytics features, and enter additional European markets. This capital also underpins its ambition to build the digital backbone for social housing across Europe.
