  • Ublo

    Participated · Equity · Dec 2025

Founded in 2020 by Flavien Douetteau and Agathe Machavoine, French startup Ublo delivers a user-friendly, cloud-based ERP system that covers the full rental lifecycle, from tenant applications and payments to arrears management and communications. The software replaces legacy solutions like ICS Habitat and Aareon with real-time collaboration and automated functions such as rent receipts, move-in/move-out inspections, and payment follow-ups. Ublo already supports more than 250 organisations across six countries, including marquee clients such as the City of Paris, Hospices Civils de Lyon, and Grand Paris Aménagement. By streamlining administrative tasks, the platform helps housing providers cut manual hours and focus on resident services. With a newly raised €1.8 million, the company plans to expand its product, tech, and sales teams, deepen automation and analytics features, and enter additional European markets. This capital also underpins its ambition to build the digital backbone for social housing across Europe.

  • Arrago

    Led · Equity · Dec 2025

Arrago has developed “Prêt 60”, a lifetime mortgage product that unlocks credit for French homeowners aged 60 + who are largely excluded from traditional long-term loans. To date the company has originated €84 million across 62 departments, with an average ticket size of €130 000, giving it roughly 90 % of national PHV volume this year. Its model blends brokerage, outsourced banking services and refinancing structuring, supported by €250 million of refinancing capacity secured from European institutional investors. Arrago has reached profitability and positive cash flow but is raising capital to accelerate marketing, cut loan-approval times and broaden eligibility to self-employed borrowers, SCI holders and other complex patrimonial situations. Management aims to surpass €100 million in cumulative lending by end-2025 and reach €1 billion in annual originations within five years. Demographic tailwinds—France’s 75-84 age group is expected to swell 50 % by 2030—combined with rising elder-care costs underpin the company’s long-term growth opportunity.

  • ArcaScience

    Led · Seed · Sep 2025

ArcaScience has developed AI technology that converts unstructured biomedical data into benefit-risk assessments for regulators, clinical teams, and patients. Its platform has been used by over 70,000 patients and the company counts 10 pharma clients, including Sanofi, AstraZeneca, GSK, Takeda, ICON, and the Paris Brain Institute. The tools are being adopted by clinical operations and pharmacovigilance leaders to de-risk clinical trials and optimize drug development. ArcaScience is also a member of a pan-European consortium addressing pediatric brain cancer alongside major pharma and research institutions. Financially, the company has raised $7 million in this seed round and previously closed a €1.3 million pre-seed with Plug & Play Ventures and angel investors.

  • Ramdam

    Led · Seed · Oct 2024

Ramdam is an AI-powered platform that automates production of user-generated content (UGC) for advertisers, using AI to match advertisers with creators and streamline briefs, contracts, delivery, and invoicing. The platform sources and analyzes creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and operates a network of more than 50,000 creators across 50 countries and 10 languages. Ramdam produces over 1,000 video ads monthly and has partnered with more than 100 clients, including brands like Allianz and Voodoo. Founded in 2023 by Xavier de Baillenx, Emmanuel Lemoine, and Benjamin Combes, the team built the product after succeeding with a creator-driven growth campaign for a prior mobile app. The founders previously ran Pretty Fun Therapy, which was acquired by Match Group. The company plans to use the $3.15M seed financing to drive technological advancements and expand in the U.S. and Europe, and it sees potential to extend its approach beyond UGC to other creator types.
