- Loop AI
Participated · Series A · Feb 2026
Founded in 2022 by engineers and restaurateurs, Loop AI delivers an agentic AI co-worker that helps restaurant and retail operators drive profitable growth, particularly in the rapidly expanding delivery segment. The platform automates complex back-office workflows across finance, operations, and marketing, allowing brands to maintain in-store margins while scaling off-premise revenue. Trusted by more than 300 public and private brands and used across thousands of U.S. locations, Loop AI has recorded 6× growth since 2024 and now supports thousands of restaurants. Customers such as Lazy Dog and Starbird have leveraged the software to boost delivery revenue and achieve roughly 10% same-store sales growth. The company positions delivery as “the new drive-thru,” forecasting sizable market expansion and aiming to make third-party delivery a profitable growth channel. Proceeds from the latest financing will fund expansion of its product suite and the scaling of headcount across offices in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bangalore. Loop AI’s long-term vision is to remain an indispensable technology layer as restaurants evolve toward consumer-centric, delivery-first operations.

The company plans to use the $3.15M seed financing to drive technological advancements and expand in the U.S. and Europe, and it sees potential to extend its approach beyond UGC to other creator types.

- Blueprint
Participated · Series A · Jun 2023
Blueprint offers a data-driven insight platform for mental health clinicians that delivers suggested session plans, in-session guidance, and auto-generated clinical documentation based on discrete data captured before, during, and after sessions. The platform also gives patients progress tracking across symptoms, sleep, exercise, and treatment goals, therapeutic homework, and access to crisis resources. Blueprint emphasizes measurement-based care and actionable data so clinicians can personalize treatment and track outcomes. The company is led by founder and CEO Danny Freed. The new funding will be used to support hires in marketing, customer success, and engineering, launch new products and features, and drive clinicians nationwide toward measurement-based care. Approximately 4,500 clinicians across 34 states are using its platform. Blueprint provides a platform that lets mental health clinicians administer standardized clinical assessments and collect connected health data between appointments to inform treatment decisions. Its assessments are reimbursable and automated, enabling providers to generate additional revenue without extra work. The company partners with nearly 100 clinics nationwide comprising thousands of clinicians and collectively serves close to 100,000 eligible patients. Led by Founder and CEO Danny Freed, Blueprint is based in Chicago, IL. The company plans to use new funding to grow the team, support marketing and brand awareness, and launch product developments. Blueprint’s core product is a mobile app and analytics platform that prompts patients to complete standardized clinical assessments between appointments and combines those results with exercise, sleep, and movement data captured via smartphone sensors. The platform automates data collection and submits insurance billing on behalf of clinicians for each completed assessment, helping clinics capture additional reimbursement revenue. Blueprint targets improved long-term outcomes for patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions by enabling data-driven treatment decisions. The company says its technology significantly reduces the time clinicians spend collecting measurements and submitting claims. Blueprint plans to use new capital to expand clinician outreach and grow its engineering and sales teams. Danny Freed is CEO and Founder, and Lightbank partner Vic Pascucci III is an investor and board member.
