Its product suites—Unbox Community Issuance and Unbox State of Product—support issuance and lifecycle tracking for currencies, high‑value items like diamonds and semiconductors, and low‑value consumer goods. The company says its technology facilitates closed loops where parties can control, distribute, and register fungible and non‑fungible value, and can be embedded into existing payment networks. The €12 million Series A will be used to expand the software platform, deliver technology for flagship and industry‑led projects, and grow the team. A sizable portion of the capital is earmarked for hiring and developing existing team members. Brussels, Belgium will serve as a central hub for Unbox’s global operations.
