Upmin offers a digital platform that automates and accelerates professional property-management processes, providing owners and landlords a transparent customer account to view data, activities and progress. The service includes an all-round management package and an optional rental package covering marketing, viewings, tenant search, acceptance and handover. The company relies on state-of-the-art technology to reduce manual work, save time and lower costs for property owners. After one year of operations Upmin is already managing more than 1,000 units across Germany.
