Upmin offers a digital platform that automates and accelerates professional property-management processes, providing owners and landlords a transparent customer account to view data, activities and progress. The service includes an all-round management package and an optional rental package covering marketing, viewings, tenant search, acceptance and handover. The company relies on state-of-the-art technology to reduce manual work, save time and lower costs for property owners. After one year of operations Upmin is already managing more than 1,000 units across Germany. The start-up plans to use new funding to expand services, pursue strategic acquisitions and hire roughly 25 additional employees across development, sales and administration. Founder and CEO Henning Frank brings about 15 years of startup and real-estate experience, including prior CEO and managing-director roles, which the company cites as central to its growth plans.
