V2C designs and manufactures semi-fast smart EV chargers that combine hardware and software, including V2C Cloud and V2C Payments (a SaaS solution) and integrated payment terminals. The company manages the entire value chain from product development to manufacturing at its central headquarters in Valencia, using local suppliers and a just-in-time production model. V2C has opened offices in France and Italy with local teams and established a headquarters presence in Portugal, while distributing in other European countries and North Africa through specialised distributors. Its client roster includes Saltoki (exclusive distributor in Spain), Galp, Repsol, Mutua Madrileña, Renault, BMW, Volvo, Europcar and the airports of Madrid and Barcelona. The new funding is intended to drive growth in key European markets and support the company’s international consolidation plan. V2C specializes in the design and development of intelligent chargers for electric vehicles, integrating the full value chain from Valencia. Its product lineup includes Trydan, a charger with triple connectivity via solar panels, smart devices, and virtual assistants. The company has commercialized more than 20,000 chargers and is present in over 25 countries. V2C reports positive profitability since its founding in 2015 and has increased production sevenfold while doubling its workforce in 2023. It has commercial agreements with distributors such as Saltoki, MediaMarkt, Amazon and AENA, and is the official supplier of chargers at Madrid and Barcelona airports. As part of its strategic plan, V2C aims to sell 100,000 chargers in the next five years and to launch new smart charging solutions. V2C develops and manufactures high-tech e-Chargers for electric vehicles, including smart features such as Alexa connectivity, dynamic charging management and strong photovoltaic integration. The company has a fully localized value chain and production facilities in Valencia and performs in-house R&D. Since its founding in 2015 by Víctor Sanchis, V2C has sold more than 7,000 charging points worldwide. Management reports positive cash flows since inception and consistently positive EBITDA. V2C has a product roadmap of hardware and software solutions intended to position charging points at the centre of a new energy consumption ecosystem. With the new funding the company plans to accelerate global sales and launch additional intelligent charging solutions, targeting more than 100,000 chargers in the next five years.
