Founded in 2024, Valinor Enterprises operates as an operational holding company that builds and acquires specialized “Product Companies” for the defense and broader public-sector markets. The firm centralizes infrastructure and go-to-market functions while decentralizing engineering, enabling it to move from demand signal to fielded product with unusual speed.
