VelyVelo operates a rental fleet of electric utility bikes, biporteurs/tricycles-cargo and trailers for professional customers, bundled with maintenance and assistance services. Its clientele includes independent couriers and artisans as well as large delivery and retail customers such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Monoprix and UPS. The company’s fleet logged more than 2 million kilometers across a year and currently serves Île-de-France, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille and other French cities. New funding will be used to expand the rental offering nationwide and launch in Spain beginning with Madrid, by opening logistics hubs and recruiting field teams. VelyVelo also plans product and platform development: adding features and UI improvements to its fleet-management platform, enhancing predictive-maintenance and route-optimization algorithms, and pursuing R&D on battery performance, durability and cargo adaptability.
