  • Load Stations

    Led · Equity · Oct 2025

Founded three years ago in Nîmes by Paul Flatry and Virgile Arène, Load Stations is an EV-charging software publisher whose platform supervises charging infrastructure for local authorities, corporate fleets, and condominiums. Its system centralises real-time monitoring, automates preventive maintenance—eliminating nine out of ten technician call-outs—and supports access control and energy re-billing for employee vehicles. The company also sells connected sockets that can retrofit and digitise any reinforced outlet on the market. Load Stations’ network-agnostic approach already covers roughly 500,000 compatible charge points. The 15-person team is split between Nîmes, Montpellier and Paris. With fresh capital, the startup plans to strengthen its sales force and build energy-management algorithms for sites equipped with solar panels and batteries, while pursuing national and European expansion.

  • Matter Bio

    Participated · Seed · May 2024

Matter Bio develops multi-pronged biotechnologies to preserve genome integrity and address aging-related decline. The company’s platform centers on reading mutations, reversing integrated mutations by reintroducing original genetic information, and removing irreparably damaged cells such as cancerous, clonal, and senescent cells. It applies these approaches to study the information theory of aging at a genomic level and to therapeutic development. Matter Bio plans to use recent funding to file an IND and initiate a Phase 1/2a clinical trial in solid cancer. The team includes co-founders George Church, Jan Vijg, and Claudia Gravekamp. Financially, the company closed a $7M Seed round and has grant support from NIH, NCI, and NIEHS.

The company’s fleet logged more than 2 million kilometers across a year and currently serves Île-de-France, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille and other French cities. New funding will be used to expand the rental offering nationwide and launch in Spain beginning with Madrid, by opening logistics hubs and recruiting field teams. • Flatsy

    Led · Equity · Nov 2023

Flatsy provides a digital platform to manage property visits for real estate professionals and offers the option to outsource visits to independently selected and supported local agents called Flatguides. In 2023 the company expanded its offering to include entry and exit condition reports (états des lieux) and aims to be the first nationwide platform for property commercialisation. Flatsy serves traditional agencies, networks, neo-agencies and social landlords, and counts more than 300 clients including Sergic, Altarea, White Bird, Masteos and ICF Habitat. Operational metrics reported include over 200 active agents, 50,000 properties entrusted and nearly 300,000 visits completed; the company employs more than 40 people and is present in about fifteen French cities including Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Marseille and Lyon. The business has grown roughly 60% per year since 2019. Flatsy recently raised €3.5M to continue product development, add service modules and expand geographically, with plans to open 10 new cities and quintupling its number of agents by the end of 2026. Flatsy offers a digital tool that helps real-estate professionals manage property visits. The platform centralizes all appointments and enables delegation of visits to independent agents. It aims to digitalize the real-estate sector and improve visit-management workflows. With this new funding, Flatsy plans to further develop its appointment-booking and dossier-management tools. The company intends to hire about twenty employees and to expand into roughly ten additional cities.
