Dawex plans to accelerate development in Europe and the United States, establish operations in Asia and the Middle East, and continue investing in technology and innovation. Financially, the company announced a new €5 million funding round and notes total funds from inception top €12 million, including a €2.5 million Horizon 2020 grant; co-founders Fabrice Tocco and Laurent Lafaye remain majority shareholders and retain control over strategy and operations.

Saagie intends to use recent funding to continue improving the product and to expand its business internationally, including plans to open in NYC. The company recently completed a €5M Series A+ financing to support those efforts. Saagie provides a big-data platform designed to help businesses tap into and operationalize large-scale data and analytics. The company serves enterprise clients including Vente‑privee.com, Johnson & Johnson, Ferrero, Caisse d’Épargne Normandie, BudgetBox and Bouygues Énergies & Services. For Vente‑privee.com Saagie has optimized the product recommendation engine; with Bouygues it is working to improve availability and maintenance of industrial equipment.
