The company attributes its traction to 98% compatibility with existing Kitek systems, property-specific feature development, and broad support for reservation apps. Bendit has begun operating a flagship hotel (Daegu Arko Hotel) directly since April so staff gain on-the-ground experience to inform product improvements. Planned product work for 2024 includes CMS and PMS enhancements and building a customer revenue-management system, alongside investment in direct hotel operations.
