Bendit offers an automated operations solution for the hospitality industry, integrating channel management and property management capabilities. As of May 2024, more than 500 lodging properties use Bendit, covering 15,350 rooms, with over 2.2 million automated reservations processed. Transactions handled through the platform total 4,021억 원 in revenue, reflecting roughly fivefold growth during 2023. The company attributes its traction to 98% compatibility with existing Kitek systems, property-specific feature development, and broad support for reservation apps. Bendit has begun operating a flagship hotel (Daegu Arko Hotel) directly since April so staff gain on-the-ground experience to inform product improvements. Planned product work for 2024 includes CMS and PMS enhancements and building a customer revenue-management system, alongside investment in direct hotel operations.
