  Cloudike is a South Korea–based SaaS cloud storage and file-sharing platform founded in 2013. It offers real-time co-editing of Office documents, automatic file version management, large file transfers, and synchronization across PCs, mobile devices, and tablets with integrations into Windows Explorer and iOS Finder. The company provides scalable enterprise cloud storage, integrates with platforms like Naverworks, and serves domestic and international clients including Nexon Korea, CJ, HK inno.N and over 700 SMEs across video, manufacturing, and construction. Cloudike is developing AI-driven media SaaS solutions and will use new funding to enhance cloud storage technology and improve scalability. The investment is intended to support creation of AI-powered solutions tailored to the media industry and broader business expansion. The company recently raised 3.7 billion KRW to fund these initiatives. Cloudike, part of ASD Technologies, provides white-label personal cloud storage including customized frontends and full backend services for iOS, Android, and Windows apps. The company targets telcos and electronics manufacturers to enable rapid launches of carrier-branded cloud services, telling customers deployment can take three to six months and cost $300,000–$400,000 versus roughly two years and $5 million to build from scratch. Its clients include major carriers and OEMs such as LG (which launched LG Cloud in 41 countries), Russia’s Megafon, and Turkey’s Vestel. Cloudike is based in Korea, Russia, and San Jose, California, and is targeting expansion in Eastern Europe (Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan) and East Asia (Korea, Japan, China). The company reports slightly more than one million people currently using Cloudike-powered storage, a claimed 75% daily usage rate, and cites a potential market of 2 billion smartphone users. It emphasizes local performance benefits (example: a 5MB music file downloading in three seconds from a local server versus 50 seconds via a remote provider).
