With a $60 million Series A led by founding investor Versant Ventures and participation from GV, the company plans to advance three pipeline programs and expand its platform. Ventus operates across sites in Montreal and Boston and expects to expand headcount to more than 30 scientists this year. The company also intends to consider discovery‑stage partnerships to fully exploit the platform and progress its programs against autoimmune, inflammatory and oncology indications.
