Verse develops an energy infrastructure platform called Aria that centralizes utility bills, contracts and power purchase agreements across sites. Aria gives customers a unified view of energy data so they can compare forecasts to actual performance, make procurement decisions, optimize portfolio performance, and reduce costs and risk. Verse also offers Dispatch Intelligence, which extends its capabilities from energy management to power access and delivery. The platform is already used by Fortune 500 companies. The company is led by CEO Seyed H. Madaeni and CCO Matt Penfold and is based in San Francisco. In June 2026 Verse completed a $54M Series B to support further product development and deployment.
