vialytics offers an AI-based road management system that combines artificial intelligence with IoT-enabled sensors and geoinformation to track pavement quality and automatically detect cracks and potholes. The company provides a smartphone-based solution that can be installed in municipal vehicles to continuously capture images and send updated information on road defects. vialytics’ system is already used by 250 partner municipalities in Germany and 50 in France, and the company has customers in Austria, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland. Founded in 2018, the Stuttgart company is expanding internationally and plans to further develop its intelligent Road Management System. The team currently numbers about 60 employees, and management intends to double headcount over the next two years.
