Led · Equity · May 2026
Elephant builds a platform that translates internal company knowledge with an AI-based course builder into interactive micro-learning formats. The company embeds learning directly into operational workflows via a mobile app and context-aware AI assistants so employees receive information at the point of need. Its product targets frontline teams in areas like production, logistics, service and retail to reduce questions, speed onboarding and improve process execution. Elephant positions learning as part of daily work rather than a separate process and emphasizes process-proximate, personalized training. The company plans to use its new funding to grow its team and continue platform development. The article did not report revenue, user counts or other operating metrics.
- Spoor
Participated · Series A · Dec 2025
Founded in 2020 and based in Oslo, Spoor has developed patented computer-vision models that work with off-the-shelf cameras to detect, classify and track birds and bats at species level from long range. Its system integrates directly into wind-farm control architectures, enabling automated mitigation and shutdown-on-demand workflows required by new biodiversity mandates. Leveraging a database of more than one million bird observations and 200,000 hours of video footage, the product can survey up to 100 times more airspace per camera than conventional solutions, delivering faster and lower-cost deployments. Spoor already holds contracts across the project lifecycle with over 20 tier-one customers such as Ørsted, RWE, Vattenfall, TotalEnergies and Equinor. The company employs 22 people and plans to expand head-count in sales, engineering and deployment following its recent financing. Management intends to deepen integrations with wind-farm control systems and support global scaling as installed wind capacity is projected to rise from 1.3 TW today to 2.1 TW by 2030. Spoor’s investors include SET Ventures, EnBW New Ventures, Ørsted Ventures, Superorganism, Futurum Ventures and the Norwegian state climate fund Nysnø.
- enspired
Participated · Series B · Oct 2025
Enspired operates a fully automated, in-house trading platform that simultaneously optimises batteries and other flexible power assets across wholesale, control reserve and ancillary service markets. Its core value proposition is to monetise asset flexibility quickly, reducing time-to-market for BESS owners while maximising revenue opportunities in Europe’s short-term power markets. Over the past 12 months the company entered six new European markets and now manages more than 1 GW of BESS capacity, underscoring rapid growth and scale. Management positions the platform’s AI capabilities as a critical lever to accelerate the global energy transition and alleviate bottlenecks created by rising renewable penetration. Certified revenue disclosures have been published to demonstrate commercial leadership, though absolute figures were not provided. Looking ahead, Enspired plans to extend its multi-market optimisation model into Asia and the United States, beginning with a partnership with Banpu NEXT in Japan. The newly secured funding will finance continued product innovation, geographic expansion and the rollout of additional AI-powered use cases.
- Sunhat
Participated · Series A · Sep 2025
Cologne-based Sunhat offers a software platform that tackles the "proof gap" by using its Proof AI engine to transform raw ESG and compliance data into validated, audit-ready evidence for customers, regulators, investors, and lenders. Proof AI is trained on thousands of questionnaires, audits, and assessments, enabling it to recognize what constitutes acceptable proof under leading standards and disclosure frameworks. Connected agents integrate with systems such as SharePoint and specialized ESG, EHS, and quality tools, continuously capturing new information, checking recency, and generating responses to audits or questionnaires within minutes. Enterprises can start with a single sustainability or compliance workflow and later extend the solution to sales, legal, and procurement teams. Research cited by the company indicates employees currently spend around 360 hours per year hunting for documentation, underscoring the productivity gains Sunhat aims to deliver. Although no revenue or user metrics were disclosed, the company has just secured €9.2 million in Series A funding to expand its team, deepen its AI capabilities, and build additional integrations and partnerships. Sunhat is positioning itself to capitalize on the rapidly growing governance, risk, and compliance software market, forecast to expand by more than $44 billion between 2025 and 2029.
- Hololight
Participated · Equity · Jul 2025
Hololight, founded in 2015, builds the technical bridge between XR applications and XR devices using proprietary pixel‑streaming technology. Its platform pixel‑streams XR applications from cloud or on‑premise infrastructure to AR/VR devices, overcoming device, performance, and security limitations. The company’s Hololight Stream Runtime enables one‑click streaming of any OpenXR‑compatible app, allowing existing applications to be streamed without additional development. Hololight frames pixel‑streaming as a way to deliver AR/VR like Netflix delivers video and says it is developing core technology and new products to strengthen that position. It lists partnerships with NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Snap, Meta and others and has over 150 international customers and partners. The company recently secured new investment to scale its business and accelerate global adoption of its streaming products. Hololight develops an enterprise XR streaming platform, Hololight Hub, that streams entire AR and VR applications across local servers and the cloud. The platform is positioned to address computing, data, and security challenges in industrial XR by amplifying quality, access, and security while simplifying management and deployment. Hololight says it pioneered XR streaming technology since 2015 and has expanded to serve more than 150 customers—including BMW, Nokia, and Engie as well as aerospace and defense clients—with 800% customer growth over three years. The company is a partner to Amazon Web Services, Qualcomm, Nvidia, and Verizon. Hololight opened a US office in Durham in 2022 and plans further global expansion, including accelerated US growth. Following the latest financing the company has raised $27 million in total investment funding. Holo-Light is a German-Austrian XR software startup developing XRnow, an immersive streaming platform for augmented and virtual reality applications. It leverages a cross-platform remote rendering solution, ISAR SDK, to stream AR/VR applications from the cloud or a powerful local server to mobile devices, and plans AR3S as the first application on the platform. Management positions XRnow as the "Netflix for virtual and augmented reality," combining immersive content with compelling 3D visuals and an intuitive user experience. In 2021 the company secured partners (AWS, Unity, Tech Soft 3D) and customers such as BMW, Deutsche Telekom and Danfoss, which leadership cites as validation of rapid growth. Holo-Light says it will use the funding to strengthen marketing and sales, grow its community, and enhance its competitive advantage globally while entering new markets. This round is the company's largest investment to date and supports further development and scaling of its streaming platform and SDK.
