Overview
Videocites provides an AI-based SaaS analytics solution that tracks clips across social media and large archives to reveal the social impact created by fans and partners. Its core technology uses AI-generated identification and video-fingerprinting to recognize and analyze user-generated content and trademarked assets, and offers contextual search and video identifiers to measure engagement. Founded in 2014 by Aviad Louzon, Eyal Arad, Michael Bronstein, and Ze’ev Ganor, the company began with novel AI-based products for video tracking and handling across the web. Videocites said it will use the $10M Series B to grow its global presence and hire sales and business development professionals to expand offerings to brands and content owners in the United States and Europe. The NBA already uses Videocites to track how its content is used by fans on social media and to gain greater insights into global reach and brand exposure. Videocites positions its platform to turn social perception into quantifiable data and to help rights holders identify and monetize new revenue streams from fan-generated content.
