Vitalis Ortho is developing an implantable medical device intended to support cartilage regeneration and delay knee replacement for patients with knee osteoarthritis. The company aims to progress its technology through device testing and early preclinical validation toward first-in-human use. It recently raised £1.2m in pre-seed funding to support those development milestones.
