Overview
Vivox AI is a London-based technology company building “atomic” AI agents that each handle a single, auditable compliance task such as corporate registry analysis, UBO identification, sanctions and PEP triage, or adverse-media reasoning. The agents are deployed on an enterprise platform that connects to multiple internal and external data sources, delivering real-time enrichment and decision support while remaining fully explainable and regulator-aligned with frameworks like the EU AI Act and recent FCA guidance. A self-learning layer, embodied by the lead agent Rachel, continuously improves performance through supervised human feedback without sacrificing governance controls. The system is already live with customers including TransferMate, Altery, Osome and Telf, operating across more than 100 countries. In production, customers have cut case processing times from about six hours to 30 minutes, lowered false-positive alerts by up to 86%, and achieved straight-through processing rates of up to 50% on selected workflows. Following its initial fundraise, the company is adding engineering and product talent and rolling out the next generation of its platform. Financially, Vivox AI has secured £1.3 million (€1.5 million) in its first round to support this expansion.
