Vivvi provides employer-sponsored child care and early education through a vertically integrated platform that includes on-campus programs, in-home care, in-office offerings, virtual tutoring and a hybrid model. The company recently launched Care Cash, a reimbursement benefit that lets employers pay employees’ trusted informal caregivers, and is building a National Back-Up Child Care Network. Vivvi says it serves employers across industries and has added clients including theSkimm, Tend Dental, Avenues, Cerberus, Goodwin Procter and Barasch & McGarry. The company plans to expand nationally and expects to open 30 new schools over the next three years, including a new campus at 620 W 42nd Street in partnership with Silverstein Properties, and has grown its nationwide In-Home program. Vivvi’s expansion comes amid a supply-constrained market the company says has left 75% of Americans living in a child care desert and significant workforce impacts for working mothers. The company announced a $15 million Series B to support this growth and has added senior hires across marketing, finance, people, client success and sales.
