Voltan Lähienergia Oy is a Helsinki-based energy company that designs, constructs, finances and operates ground-source heating and cooling systems for large properties. Founded by Richard Cawén and Miikka Lemmetty, the company serves construction companies, developers, real estate investors and housing associations. Voltan collaborates with YIT and several other leading construction firms to provide long-term, predictable heating and cooling solutions for large residential properties. The company recently received €1.5 million in growth funding led by Kiilto Ventures to accelerate expansion into new markets.
