Vooma builds Vooma Agents, a multi-channel AI platform for logistics that automates tasks across email, text and voice to reduce manual work for brokers and carriers. Its product suite includes Vooma Quote (drafts responses and identifies win/loss, saving about five minutes per quote), Vooma Build (a data-entry assistant that can save up to ten minutes per load and automate as much as 80% of manual order entry), and Vooma Voice (making and receiving calls to streamline bookings and check calls). Since its launch in 2023 the company has signed customers including Echo, MODE, Arrive Logistics and NFI and partnered with systems such as Front, Greenscreens.ai, McLeod and Turvo. Vooma reports revenue growth of 12.5x, a more than 32x increase in transaction volume, and has built hundreds of thousands of loads. The company plans to invest the new funding to grow engineering, go-to-market and customer success teams to support mounting demand and further product development. Founders Jesse Buckingham and Mike Carter bring logistics and robotics engineering experience to the business.
