  • TerraFirma

    Participated · Series A · Jul 2026

Founded in 2024 by former SpaceX engineers Noah Schochet and Noah McGuinness, TerraFirma builds a full-stack platform that combines AI-enabled pre-construction software, a remote command-and-control center, and retrofitted semi-autonomous heavy machinery for earthworks and site operations. The company's systems let skilled operators orchestrate fleets from screens, which TerraFirma says can make each operator up to 300% more effective. TerraFirma is executing commercial projects including site preparation, excavation, and grading for a Starbucks in North Austin, a sports arena in Spicewood, and a power substation in New Braunfels, and it is working with the U.S. government on international infrastructure and logistics projects. The company is vertically integrated, building and using its own robotics and software in the field while keeping operators at the center. TerraFirma has stated a long-term ambition to extend its construction technology to lunar and Martian projects as well as scale on Earth. Financially, TerraFirma announced approximately $115 million in new capital, including a $100 million Series A, to expand engineering, manufacturing, operations, and continued development of its semi-autonomous equipment.

  • Ramp

    Participated · Series F · Jun 2026

Ramp started as an expense-management platform and has expanded into payments, fraud detection, procurement, vendor management and accounting while integrating AI capabilities across its product suite. The company says it has more than 70,000 customers, including Visa, Uber, Shopify, Anduril and Figma, up from 50,000 last November. Ramp reported annualized revenue of more than $1 billion (with Bloomberg reporting a run-rate above $1.5 billion) and said it has reached positive free cash flow. It has launched AI-focused features such as AI agents for procurement, expense management, accounting and budgeting, and even a corporate credit card intended for AI-agent use. Ramp has raised over $3 billion in total capital to date. Management has indicated an eventual aim to go public, though no timing was given.

  • Cognition

    Participated · Series D · May 2026

Cognition develops Devin, an autonomous AI software engineer designed to write and maintain code. The company acquired the remaining parts of Windsurf last year and positions itself against other model makers in the coding space. Cognition counts enterprise customers including Mercedes-Benz, NASA, Goldman Sachs and Santander. It reported a $492 million annualized revenue run-rate and said enterprise usage of Devin grew roughly 50% month-over-month for six months. The company has demonstrated rapid commercial adoption, which it cited alongside its latest financing.

  • Cape

    Participated · Series C · Mar 2026

Cape has built a carrier-grade mobile stack that operates its own mobile core and SIMs while leasing tower access as an MVNO, embedding privacy features at the network layer. Its product set includes privacy-enhancing capabilities such as Identifier Rotation, which changes SIM IDs daily to disrupt tracking, and Secondary Numbers to host multiple phone numbers on a single SIM. Since its 2022 founding, Cape has been adopted by U.S. national security professionals, enterprise executives, journalists, activists, and privacy-conscious consumers. The company partners with cybersecurity research institutions including the Air Force Research Laboratory and the University of Maryland. Cape recently declared its service generally available nationwide and has raised $191 million to date to support expansion and continued R&D.

  • Cogent Security

    Participated · Series A · Feb 2026

Cogent Security builds agentic cybersecurity systems that move beyond detection to fully automate vulnerability investigation, prioritization, and remediation. Its AI agents determine system ownership, assess real-world risk, generate engineer-ready fixes, and verify completion, giving security teams end-to-end coverage with full traceability and governance controls. Early customers—already numbering in the dozens among the Fortune 1000—report a 97 % reduction in exposure windows for critical risks. Founded by former Abnormal Security and Coinbase leaders and staffed with AI researchers from Google DeepMind, the San Francisco company launched in July 2025. The platform integrates directly into existing security and engineering workflows and operates under configurable approval gates to satisfy enterprise audit needs. Cogent positions its product as essential for organizations facing an explosion of CVEs and AI-accelerated threats. With the latest financing, the company plans to accelerate product development and scale enterprise deployments. Cogent’s total capital raised now stands at $53 million.
