VoxiKids develops a SaaS and mobile platform that digitizes speech therapy by connecting parents with speech therapists and offering gamified exercises, online therapy, and administrative and patient-management tools. Launched as a mobile MVP in March 2019, the app has over 10,000 downloads and the beta SaaS is being tested in 25 speech therapy offices, with a final mobile app planned for early 2021. The product will incorporate an AI voice-processing module developed in partnership with Politehnica University of Bucharest and will contain 20 modules covering exercises, homework, document management, communication and patient monitoring. Founders aim to enroll over 1,000 speech therapy offices and impact nearly 17,000 children in Romania within 12 months, with projected Romanian-market revenue of €720,000 next year. VoxiKids plans international expansion to the UK and US beginning in 2021 and targets enrolling 2,400 offices and 140,000 children in those markets in the first year. The team is also creating content for children with disabilities such as autism and Down Syndrome and aims to become an international leader in digital e-health solutions by 2023.
