Vue Storefront began as an R&D open-source project in 2017 and saw a 300% increase in usage in 2020, reaching about 40,000 monthly downloads. The solution has over 250 deployments (200 added in 2020) and works with 100+ partner agencies; the United States is currently its biggest market. The company recently secured $1.5 million USD and intends to invest those proceeds into further developing its cloud-based frontend.
